Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Carolina grew up in the metro Detroit area and was launched into the residential building business at an early age. Her fascination for the housing industry and the importance it played for the community was instilled by her father and relatives that helped build much of the Metro Detroit area. As a result she acquired her realtor’s license at the age of 28.
Whether it’s the first-time home buyer, the relocating professional or the retiree that seeks a new adventure in life, upsizing or downsizing, she serves and guides her clientele. It’s her job to make the transaction as easy as possible with minimal stress. After all it is one of the most important investments of an individual’s lifetime.
Her business acumen coupled with her personal touch and enthusiastic personality makes Carolina a sought-after advocate for her clients. Honesty, integrity and human sensitivity are the hallmarks of Carolina’s approach.
She promotes the joy of home ownership, prompting her younger clients to invest in their future by building equity to enhance their future but also as a means to enhance the community in which they live. You will always hear her suggest to someone renting….
“Do you like throwing away money on rent?
Invest in your future, no matter how small your investment. With time on your side it will grow and then you can reinvest. Put your hard earned money to work for you!”
